
CHRISTOPHER K. TORNEHL, MD
Board-Certified Urologist
Dr. Christopher Tornehl graduated in 1998 from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and went on to earn his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin Medical School in 2002. He completed his residency in urology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in June 2007, where he was honored as Resident of the Year. Dr. Tornehl joined Western Wisconsin Urology in July 2007 and has since contributed to multiple urology publications and presented at urologic conferences. He also served as the Director of Robotic Surgery at Sacred Heart Hospital since 2007.
Dr. Tornehl is board certified by the American Board of Urology. His clinical interests include general urology, robotic surgery, men’s prostate health, and urologic oncology.
He sees patients in Eau Claire, St. Croix Falls, Shell Lake, and Spooner.
Outside of his practice, Dr. Tornehl enjoys hockey, sailing, and spending time with his family.
